Weigh-In #5

9/6/2013:  WI 1  -3.4
9/13/2013:  WI 2  -5.8
9/20/2013:  WI 3  -3.4
9/30/2013:  WI 4  -5.0
10/7/2013:  WI 5  -2.0

That brings my total weight loss to 19.8 pounds!

I hit a milestone after the 3rd weigh-in - the most weight I've lost on a diet before now has been 12 pounds.  Usually it took me about three months to lose 12 pounds - and I lost that in about 3 weeks on Ideal Protein.

I'm feeling pretty good.  I don't really feel like I'm on a diet to be honest.  I eat plenty, and most of what I eat is pretty darn good.  My clothes are starting to fit a bit better too.  And I can tell in certain places when I look in the mirror that I've lost.

I am very happy with Ideal Protein.  It definitely helps me stay on track that I'm losing weight so quickly!
